The Metal Plate In A Woman’s Hand Disappears After Prayer

Apr 07, 2024Apr 07, 2024

During a prayer time at a church in Nashville, a metal plate in a woman’s hand disappeared. The woman had suffered for fifteen years.

The life and ministry of Jesus were about healing miracles that encouraged His followers to do the same. Jesus showed His compassion through those miracles, like how He opened a deaf man’s ear.

“There some people brought to him a man who was deaf and could hardly talk, and they begged Jesus to place his hand on him. After he took him aside, away from the crowd, Jesus put his fingers into the man’s ears. Then he spit and touched the man’s tongue. He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, “Ephphatha!” (which means “Be opened!”). At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak plainly” (Mark 7:31–35).

Christine, the woman who had a metal plate in her hand, had been suffering for fifteen years.

In the Bible, Jesus healed a woman who suffered for twelve years, too.

“Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.” Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart, daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment” (Matthew 9:20–22, NIV).

And it was just His cloak!

After receiving prayer, Jesus miraculously removed the metal plate in her hand and healed the numbness from the nerve damage, too.

“Fifteen years ago, I shattered my hand. I had to have reconstructive surgery on the bone.”

“I had a plate with seven screws and two pins on my knuckle. And tonight, when we prayed for it, I felt the end of the plate that I always feel go away,” Christine said.

Because of the healing she received, Christine started praying for people who are also suffering: “Father, I just thank You for Your healing. And in the name of Jesus, I just declare metal to be gone and will be melted away in everybody’s hands and overall in their bodies. And it will not cause any more pain. In Jesus’ name.”

It's humbling, yet liberating, to know that we can now possibly reach millions with one post. May it be through a photo, a video, an article, or an artwork. That's why I'm passionate about Digital Media, for we can save a soul one post at a time. And through it, we can see "that in the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."Let's reclaim the Media for Jesus!
